Our senior partner, who is Irish, is a qualified (by
exam in Madrid) Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria
[API]. This is the definitive qualification for the
profession in Spain; granted uniquely by the appropriate
government ministry in Madrid. He is the only “non
Spanish national” in the Canaries, if not in all
of Spain, to be such. He has a considerably high level
of international experience in the property and finance
areas.
